Ason Towers Care Hub Pty Ltd (“Ason Towers Care Hub”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates a digital platform that helps connect Australians with aged care, NDIS-related disability support, and allied health services, including through provider directories, job listings, and events/webinars.

• professional registration details (for example AHPRA)
• screening and verification information (e.g., NDIS Worker Screening Check status or police check information)
• work history, skills, experience, service preferences, availability and service areas
• reference details (referee contact information and feedback)
• payment information where the Platform facilitates payments or payouts (e.g., bank account details)


C. If you are a Provider (organisation or business)

We may collect:

• business and contact details (business name, ABN/ACN, phone, email, address)
• staff or representative details for account administration
• service categories, locations, credentials and compliance statements
• billing and subscription details
• information submitted for verification badges or quality indicators


D. If you are a Consumer (clients or participants)

We may collect:

• contact details and profile information
• information provided when seeking services (support needs, preferences, scheduling requirements)
• where voluntarily provided, health or disability-related information
• emergency contact details (if supplied)
• payment information where purchasing paid platform services

Sensitive information is collected only where reasonably necessary and generally with consent or as permitted by law.
