Ason Towers Care Hub – Payment & Subscription Terms

These Payment & Subscription Terms apply to any User who purchases a paid product or service on the Ason Towers Care Hub Platform, including subscriptions, premium listings, sponsored placements, advertising products, or other paid features we may offer from time to time.

1. Nature of Fees

All fees charged by Ason Towers Care Hub relate solely to access to, visibility on, or functionality of the Platform.

We do not:

• charge fees for the delivery of care services
• set prices for services between Users
• collect or process payments for care, support, or allied health services between Consumers and Providers/Workers (unless we clearly introduce this in the future with separate terms)

2. Subscription Products

We may offer:

• monthly or annual subscriptions
• premium or featured listings
• sponsored placements or advertising
• add-on tools or analytics

The features included in each product, pricing, and billing frequency will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1 Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).

3.2 Authorisation

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to automatically charge your nominated payment method for the applicable fees on each billing date.

3.3 Failed payments

If payment fails:

• we may retry the payment
• access to paid features may be suspended until payment is received
• your subscription may be downgraded or cancelled if non-payment continues

4. Price Changes

We may change pricing or introduce new fees with reasonable prior notice. Changes will apply from the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Payment of a subscription or advertising fee:

• does not guarantee enquiries, leads, hires, bookings, revenue, or outcomes
• does not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Ason Towers Care Hub

6. Taxes

Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of GST as stated at checkout. You are responsible for determining whether GST input tax credits apply to you.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation:

• stops future renewals
• does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, except where required under Australian Consumer Law

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate paid features if:

• you breach the Terms of Use or Platform Policies
• your content poses legal, safety, or reputational risk
• required by law

Suspension or termination for breach does not automatically entitle you to a refund.


Ason Towers Care Hub – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. When Refunds May Apply

You may be entitled to a refund where:

• a paid Platform service has a major failure under the ACL
• we fail to provide a service that was paid for
• a service is not delivered as described and the issue cannot be remedied within a reasonable time

Examples of major failure may include:

• the service is substantially different from what was advertised
• the service is unfit for its stated purpose and cannot be fixed

3. When Refunds Generally Do Not Apply

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

• you change your mind
• you do not receive enquiries, leads, or outcomes
• you no longer wish to use the Platform
• your subscription was used for part of the billing period
• access was suspended or terminated due to your breach of Terms

4. Subscription Cancellations

• Cancelling a subscription stops future charges
• Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable unless required by law

5. Advertising and Featured Listings

Refunds for advertising or featured placements will generally not be provided once:

• the listing has gone live, or
• impressions, visibility, or exposure has commenced

unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via our support contact details with:

• your account information
• proof of purchase
• details of the issue

We will assess requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.


Signup, Checkout & Onboarding Microcopy

A. General Platform Signup

“By creating an account, I agree to the Ason Towers Care Hub Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and understand this is a connection platform, not a care provider or employer.”

B. Consumer Signup

“I understand Ason Towers Care Hub does not provide care services and I must independently verify providers and workers before engagement.”

C. Provider Signup

“I confirm my listings are accurate and lawful, and I am responsible for regulatory compliance, insurance, safeguarding, and worker verification.”

D. Worker Signup

“I acknowledge I am not employed by Ason Towers Care Hub and am responsible for my qualifications, checks, compliance and conduct.”

E. Subscription Checkout

“I authorise recurring charges for this subscription and understand fees relate to platform access and visibility only, not guaranteed outcomes.”

F. Cancellation Screen

“Cancelling stops future renewals. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.”
